I am a 12 year old girl but my parents allow me to voice my opinion. I know I am a kid and not allowed to vote but am AGAINST THE FIRING RANGE and guns constantly shooting in my backyard. My voice should be heard and believe this gun range will be a problem in the future for all the kids in this town. I know this is a grown ups discussion but us kids are going to be grown ups soon and need to look into our future.

I AM AGAINST THE SHOOTING RANGE AT 82 WOLCOTT ROAD! As a student and resident of Terryville I do not want to be hearing gun shots on a regular basis. What happened at Sandy Hook should be a reminder to us all of what could happen. How do we tell the difference between shots at a firing range or shots at a property, animal or person? We need to look at the overall picture and see if this gun range is worth the anger of residents, worth the property value loss and worth residents moving to another area.

I DO NOT WANT A SHOOTING RANGE AT 83 WOLCOTT ROAD. This has nothing to do with gun rights and as a person who has a gun permit I do not want a shooting range in my neighborhood. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of children and do not want my kids hearing shots being fired on a constant basis. There are a lot of small businesses in Plymouth / Terryville and the thought of having a potential client hearing gun shots - would not be good for business. I moved to this town because of its country like setting and peacefulness. If back then there was a firing range, I would never move to this town. Potential residents will also think the same and not move to a town that has the largest shooting range in the state. I will fight against this and will rally with all petitioners to make sure this range doesn't happen. We all need to be at the next meeting and show how serious we are about this.

I am pro gun rights but I have chosen the quietness of my property location in this town and I am strongly against the proposed firing range. This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we DO NOT WANT to live next to the constant possibility of 47 guns shooting. I will do all I can to fight this. I propose to all petitioners against the firing range to get together as history has proven that numbers always conquer.

I vote no this will not only affect house values near by but the whole town. Please everyone come together and let the people we voted for to hear us "we don't want a gun range in our neighbourhood". V

I vote NO to this gun range. It is not the proper location for such an enterprise. Noise will definitely negatively affect property values
