I feel uncomfortable hearing gun shots from my property. Today at 10:25 l hear rapid fire of a weapon from the area. It was 7 shots in less than a second. I know rapid fire because I was in the Army. This sent chills down my spine. I have PTSD.

I moved to Magnolia Lane a year ago. It's loud enough with my stupid neighbors and their ATVs. No gun range.

Owning several properties within shouting distance of this proposed range, seeing the property values dropping as fast and steadily as it has been, while seeing several better sites for this proposed use to take place, I have to say no. There is no improvement to property values or the town by allowing this, nor will it bring more of a tax base or income to current business owners in town. The location allows for access directly from Wolcott, Waterbury, Watertown and Thomaston without passing by one single business that can benefit from this. How about researching dilapidated industrial buildings, in an industrial area, that may be better suited than ruining residential property values. While I am for the right to bare arms, having gun ranges and the such, doing it in a predominately residential setting is not the right place.

We do not need anymore gunshots in our area. It's bad enough we hear them all the time coming out of hidden lake area... This would make the noise and disruptions worse.

My family lives just a home over from this neighborhood ruining gun range. The noise, health hazards, property value decrease and additional traffic to our neighborhood is just unacceptable.

On Heather Lane we already have a Sportsmans Club on one side of us. On the other side of Heather Lane we have Plainville Fish & Game and Ground Zero Paint Ball Range. Now this new Gun Range would be in Front of Heather Lane. We already endure 7 days per week of traffic and Gun noise from the present Ranges. NO MORE NOISE

We don't need this gun range! I grew up with one right in my back yard. A little girl shouldn't be used to the sound of gun fire especially once the sun rises.

I live about 100 feet away from this property. We already have noise from cars traveling up and down the road, gun range would just make more traffic and more noise. We wouldnt be able to have Family reunions Without hearing gun shots. This is a residental area not an area for a gun range. Not just my family will be affected by this so will other families. This is not right.

I am very strongly opposed to the new gun range being proposed in Terryville. We love the peaceful natural rural environment of our home and gardens. The constant, aggressive and stressful noise of the gun range would damage the quality of life of our community as well as negatively impacting property values. Please vote NO to the gun range.

I vote no to another gun range in wolcott/plymouth area. We have enough noise already in this town.
