Please add This to The 5th Amendment...
Everyone has the Right to remain silent, EXCEPT those individuals being investigated for a Missing Person's case.
Any person being investigated for being seen with or holding knowledge of any missing person MUST reveal those pertinent details directly to Law Enforcement for the purpose of finding that Missing Person.
Being investigated: Law Enforcement maintains firm belief based on immediate evidence available within their possession.
Anyone being investigated in the case of a Missing Person MUST work with his or her attorney AND Law Enforcement to help find the Missing Person by communicating his or her Truth, honestly, so that the Missing Person will become Found.
Confessing/explaining his or her details to their connection with and involvement in a Missing Person case will NOT translate into Guilt for him or her. But it will help to find that Missing Person, which will create Joy/peace/healing instead of Fear amongst the family and friends of the Missing person, as well as creating Trust/humility/remorse/healing instead of Fear/lies/self-loathing amongst the individuals that share their honest Truth that will ultimately save themselves (their own Souls) and positively affect countless others at the same time.
In honor of Danielle Stislicki, missing since December 2nd, 2016.

The feedback I keep hearing is that silence should not protect those who know where a missing person is. I am currently working on drafting a formal proposal for legal experts to review.

The law needs to change so these people cant just clam up and walk away. Justice for Dani!
How can they just keep quiet while a girl is missing?? It makes me sick. #Dani
Anyone who knows anything and does not say anything should be held responsible for the missing person, to the full extent of the law.
If you are innocent then talk. Simple as that. Praying for the family.
Silence is not an option when a life is on the line. Too many people hiding behind lawyers while families suffer.
