Dear English School Team,

Thank you for taking care of our children and educating them so well.

Due to COVID, the play area of K2-K5 and P1-P3 during after-lunch playground time is limited. Kids spend up to two hours within a small area with very few toys and/or playground equipment. There is currently only a single staff member who is assigned to watch K2-K5 and one for P1-6. For K2-K5 kids, who need more physical help, it is really not enough. There have been incidents in which children were hurt and the teacher either did not see, did not intervene quickly enough, or did not report back to the relevant teacher.

As parents, our children's safety and well-being are our top priorities. We would like the school to address the matter by implementing better protocols - two additional staff members during breaks, toys and equipment. We are willing to donate many toys and games that can be left outside as kids who don't pay for classes during that time can feel quite bored.

Please consider our request as we all want to see the school's reputation and success increase with time.

Gracias por cuidar a nuestros niños y educarlos tan bien.

Debido al COVID, la zona de juego de K2-K5 y P1-P3 durante el tiempo de recreo después del almuerzo es limitada. Los niños pasan hasta dos horas en un área pequeña con muy pocos juguetes y / o equipo de juegos. Actualmente solo hay un miembro del personal asignado para vigilar a K2-K5 y uno para P1-6. Para los niños de K2-K5, que necesitan más ayuda física, realmente no es suficiente. Ha habido incidentes en los que los niños resultaron heridos y el la persona a cargo no vio, no intervino con la suficiente rapidez o no informó a la Miss correspondiente.

Como padres, la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros hijos son nuestras principales prioridades. Nos gustaría que la escuela abordara el asunto implementando mejores protocolos: dos miembros adicionales del personal durante los descansos, juguetes y equipo. Estamos dispuestos a donar muchos juguetes y juegos que se pueden dejar afuera ya que los niños que no pagan las clases durante ese tiempo pueden aburrirse bastante.

Por favor considere nuestra solicitud ya que todos queremos ver que la reputación y el éxito de la escuela aumenten con el tiempo.
