We the licence paying public demand that Ciff Richard songs old and new are played on both the BBC and commercial radio stations
Record companies fought to get them to play new songs imported from the United States.
I worked at a company who relesed "Misletoe and wine" a christmas no.1 ridiculed by every music journalist.
Love Cliff or not, a ban on music is just "ageism" in its highest form.
I think it is DESPICABLE that some of these radio stations are refusing to play Cliff Richard's records. They just don't understand what GOOD, TIMELESS pop music is.
Cliff Richard is Britain's GREATEST entertainer. His pop longevity speaks for itself. He is our answer to Elvis. Period. You radio announcers who won't play his records should be booted off the radio right now.
Some radio stations were also responsible for the idiotic missed opportunities, not playing acts through the years that are some of the biggest names today
As radio plummets in its support onto social media, the powers at be, probably some Guardian reading idiots, should remember that without the beginnings of cliffs rock and roll influence here in the UK you wouldn't have the root of music that inspired generarions of music lovers.

Im so tired of the media constantly attacking him. He has given us decades of great songs. Keep his music on the airwaves where it belongs.
Ridiculous to ban his music after all the man has done for the industry. Just play the songs and let us decide what we want to listen to!
Radio stations think they know better than the listener but they dont. Playing his tracks shouldnt even be a debate. Sort it out.
LEAVE CLIFF ALONE. He is a legend and deserves better than this treatment from the bbc. Justice for Cliff!
Bring back Cliff! Sick of hearing the same rubbish on the radio all day long. Proper music is being pushed out by these PC types.

Cliff Richards is a good and fine man. Invading his home and ruddywell filming it... that's the pits! He has and is being seriously unfairly hounded. The world has gone mad! Play his music and stop prejudging him.
