such a no brainer. we have the space so why is this still an issue? hope this happens soon.
my kids have nowhere to go around here! it is just empty grass going to waste when it could be a proper park for them to burn off some energy.

ABOUT TIME. tired of my grandkids bored out of their minds on weekends. let's get this done.
