*The applications breaks multiple planning guidelines
*Development would be within a Conservation Area
*There will be an increase in traffic on the approach to Churchfields and Brent Lodge Park (The bunny park)
*Loss of precious green space and many protected trees
*Building on back garden space (contradicting government policy protecting back gardens)
*The size and density of this development is not in keeping with the area and exceeds limits documented in Ealing's planning guidelines
