I live outside of the 1,000 feet and I am still a resident close to this area. I oppose you taking a beautiful area and developing it for anything outside our already established zoning rules. There are many areas out here closer to Avra Valley that could satisfy the needs of a RV/Mobile home park. Then you can also build a shopping center with a Wal-Mart on this side of the mountain. NOT!!! I vote NO.

Our house is outside the 1000ft notification zone, but inside Picture Rocks.

This measure would destroy our community and add zero benefit. We are completely opposed.

This is a very high density project very close to the park. Increased traffic through the park, etc. Iam not for it.

This proposed property development would greatly affect the beauty of the park and the noise level increase is not welcome.

The zoning is in place for a reason. DONT change the zoning that protects this area to line your pockets with money. SHAME ON YOU!!!

People out here have sacrificed and worked for years to be away from this kind of development.

A terrible location for something like that. Between road maintenance (or there lacking) and the natural wild life of the desert currently occupying that area, it’s just not a good plan

My residence: 7022 N Tula Lane, 85743. I signed another petition with a different title page. I apologize if this is actually the same petition.

I oppose the rezoning of this area and the building of this rv park - rvs cannot be pulled through Sahuaro National Park so it would cause too much traffic on Sandario and Picture Rock rds

The number of issues both for the environment and infrastructure that will arise from this proposed RV Park are not worth lining the pockets of private developers. We may be rural here but certainly not ignorant to the impact and damage that this will cause.
