This would be a huge blow to the ecosystem. Stop ruining our desert.

I live in Picture Rocks, though not within 1000 feet of this proposed rv park. I absolutely do not want the park.

Do not approve. This would change the area for the worse. Please respect the rights of the community who values rural life, privacy and the environment

First the County goes against its own resolution to shove I-11 down the throats of Avra Valley, now this travesty. The hypocrisy is strong with this County. Professing to care about the environment, bike paths and emissions, but when it comes to the County coffers nothing else matters. Our taxes keep going up, roads only paved when elections are near or a BS bond comes up and a close to breaking law enforcement situation. What do you think thisbplace will attract? Look at A Bar A on Tangerine. Look at Valley of the Sun on Sandario. Nothing but calls for service for both Fire and Police. Traffic on PR Road is already maxed, Tula looks like an artillery range and Rudasill borders the National Forest. Do we really need land yachts with horrible drivers traveling these roads? NO!!! JUST MOVE ON TO YOUR NEXT HORRIBLE IDEA!! I'm more surprised it's not going to be a soccer field. Work for your constituents for once Sharon!!

My brother and I ride our bicycles often and this would scare us.

I have no problem with area progress. But this is a very dangerous corner. There are so many safer and better areas that could absorb this growth.

County will keep abusing the land until there's nothing left to save.

I am a resident within 1000 feet. Light pollution, transient wandering travelers in our deliberately private land/homesite, moving the washes is illegal for anyone to do in Pima County, how is legal for a RV Park development. Hundreds of cacti destroyed. Multitudes of wildlife displaced. I email District 3 Supervisor Bronson about getting Tula related, can barely get that done, and was told Hahahaha about a complete repaving job. Yet you want to dump more heavy traffic on a LESS then maintained road. My dirt road is in better shape than Tula Lane. NO! just NO! Single homes, as it is zoned, well okayyyyy. At least it is less light pollution noise pollution and transient traffic. I will NOT support rezoning this parcel.

Keep this away from our desert! We live out here for a reason!

I live 2 acres directly west of this effort to rezone this parcel of land. Since 2001 I've lived there. Single family homes is the approved zoning that we can live with. The irreparable damage to wildlife, desert washes and dark sky's would not be acceptable. Light pollution, transient people moving through our private hidden neighborhoods is just not acceptable to myself or literally ANY of my neighbors within 100 feet of this proposed RV Park. I will not support the rezoning of that land.

I worry about increased missing persons with an RV park in the community.

This RV park will degrade the beauty of this area. We have to adhere to the zoning to maintain that beauty. Put the RV park in town and they can come visit this pristine desert.

Too many animal and vegetation will loose out on this capital venture of installing an RV park on the proposed property in Picture Rocks. I travel this road daily and see what destruction this will cause. I say NO RV PARK
