No rv park!

I live within the 1000ft notification zone. The infrastructure around this lot cannot handle 100s of RVs coming and going, plus the desert is way cooler anyway

No to all of this place not feasible with our water sources depleted

Picture Rocks is a rural neighborhood full of native plants and wildlife, allowing the Saguaro National Park to seem bigger than it is. Please keep the nature of this irreplaceable community rural and beautiful. The city is a better place for an RV park. Land zoning is here for a reason. Please don't make an exception for one land owner.

Please come out here yourself and look at this prestige land!!! Save our desert! The are other pieces of land that this RV park could be built on without destroying our special desert!

Putting a development in this area of ecological and cultural importance would be a terrible injury to the Public Good for private profit. Please do not allow this to happen

Please do not approve this rezoning. The proposed development would be glaringly out of place, destructive to nature and detrimental to the fabric of our community.

Ppl didn't move to this area to look at a bunch of trailers or have a mass amount of ppl confined to such a small area. Buy an acre or don't move to picture rocks.

I been living in picture rocks for a long time and I have always see lots of different types of wild life in and around that corner. The r.v. ranch would put lots of plants and animals out space to live.

Within the 1,000 distance. Concerned about many aspects of this development. First of all this would irretrievably alter the rural residential neighborhood, which is a major reason that many folks have located in Picture Rocks. The roads coming in and out of the area are barely adequate for the traffic they are carrying now much less the many Large vehicles this development would bring. I question how it would deal with drainage, septic issues, light pollution affecting the Kit Peak observatory (reference "Dark Skies),and other forms of pollution it would cause. ( Including noise) It would be a Huge change in the density of the area and essentially be a commercialization of an area a stones throw from one of the most beautiful Nat'l Parks in the US. I personally would miss being able to look up from my yard to observe the "Milky Way" and the Meteor showers as I do now. Please, Please, Please do not approve this zoning change that would deeply alter the rural nature of the area, that I chose when I decide to make my home here. James Peterson

Outside the 1000 ft area and don't want zoning changes to allow an RV park. Already way too much traffic going through the monument and adding big RV's is not going to help.

I am a builder and live in the area and this is just wrong and unacceptable. This is a rural area lacking the necessary infrastructure for this type of development. The roads and traffic control is not there and never will be based on the fact that it is a federal rod that leads in. I haven’t seen the necessary engineering and analysis on waste water, storm water, noise pollution, light pollution and the impact on our local utilities. The zoning should not be less than 1 home per acre for residential use only. This is a rural community and established as such. Most of the roads out here were created this backwards sort of development decades ago and are technically private property in the form of easements and not county maintained roads. You have roads northwest of this development that would suffer greatly and I would imagine it would come back that the county is responsible for their negligent actions on allowing this project to continue which could cause greater flooding downstream which the county has no obligation to consider in its road maintenance.

Please leave our area as is (a residential area).
