No to rezoning associated with RV Park plans. Current resident 1000’ outside of planned area but live nearby.

Outside 1000’ but live nearby. No to rezoning. No to RV park plan. No to adding 194 to 200 RV sites. No to all associated pollutants related to RV plan. Add residential homes in accordance with present laws and regulations that we homeowners agreed to when making a home purchase in this area. Do not change the law and rules without opening up discussion with a quorum of residents in this area; defining less than 1000’ as criteria for affected residents is not practical. Residential majority should be directly reflected in the Board of Supervisors decision on this matter and not decided by a minority.

Keep tourists from destroying our desert

I live near this area. I love the desert. We moved here to be close to nature. I have seen so much of it disappear In the last few years. It just breaks my heart.

Save the land and wildlife that lives here!

Please save our beautiful, tranquil desert by not adding this RV park to our Picture Rocks community and nearby Saguaro National Park. We already have too much traffic. Adding this RV park will only add to it. How will the additional pollution from cars affect the monument's special Saguaro and other unique plants? The Wildlife homes and pathways will be disrupted, as well as Human. There is so much desert to choose from. Please consider moving this RV park some place else not so sacred. Thank you!

Not a fan of this idea. The impact on this rural, desert community would have too many negative impacts. There is already an RV park nearby in Marana.

The idea of allowing an RV Park in this location is pure insanity!

I have lived hear in Picture Rocks for 9 years. The traffic is getting much worse than when we moved here. I cant imagine an RV park of that capacity in that location. It is not a good idea for the natural habitat and wildlife. I have seen to many near miss accidents at the corner of Tula and Picture Rocks Rd. It already is a dangerous intersection. I cant imagine RVs trying to pull out of that intersection. Thank you for your consideration in not allowing this to go through!

I live next to the proposed REZONE. I bought my lot next to the original proposed Sombra development. They put in the deed restrictions that I had to build a custom site built home, which I did. Now they want to rezone for an RV Park. I totally oppose it, and will look into my legal options if this goes through.

I am outside the 1000 ft. radius but like all Picture Rocks residents, I will be greatly impacted. This is no place for an RV park and destroying a huge chunk of desert so close to the National Park is a crime. No to rezone.

This is a beautiful desert area. We do not want it destroyed.Home to our native wildlife.

No RV Park! Keep that in the City!! We don't need a cluster of oversized RVs and Trucks hauling through our Beautiful Saguaro National Monument. It will put our community that commutes daily to and from work in Danger! To exit or enter Tula from picture rocks road is on a tight. (Left or Right) with obstructive Views already on the turn. No Oversized RVs and Trucks will make that Left or Right turn From Tula off of Picture Rocks Rd SAFELY!! Same goes with Rudisill Rd and Tula. Don't distract the views of our Beautiful Saguaro National Monument!! Save our Community Please .

This project cannot be supported by current infrastructure conditions. The negative impact on the environment and on the daily lives of Picture Rocks residents will be immediate and obvious. It is hard to believe that the National Park would tolerate such degradation so close to its boundaries. I live outside the notification zone.

If this goes through it will be the beginning of the end of Picture Rocks as we know it. Marana anyone?

There are so many reasons this is the wrong location for this RV park. Traffic, safety, noise, crowding, light pollution.

This is a treasured National Park that doesn’t need any more interference or pollution to its wildlife.
