While I don’t live within 1000’ of the proposed RV Park on Tula Lane, I DO live within 1/2 mile and think this will be an absolute disaster for the Picture Rocks community. We already have horrible roads. We moved out here because it is RURAL! Most people live on more than one acre, and many on 5+ Acres! You need to keep the current zoning AS IS. I’m a registered voter and HATE that Pima County is even considering this move.

This area is too congested with traffic now. That RV site would create more problems than this little area can handle. That area isn’t suitable for that kind of business.

Re-zoning this property to Rural Crossroads would in itself is a be a bad idea and we object strongly.

My name is Sonny Menzel, I am a resident that lives within 1000 feet of the proposed RV Park that a developer is requesting the zoning change for. This area I live in is a Rural residential neighborhood. This is not the place for a RV Park and other commercial businesses. Following are many of the resident concerns concerning this proposed RV Park: • Our Property values will decrease! A RV park this close to many residential properties will make these properties less desirable to many potential buyers in the future. • Many surrounding properties have covenant restrictions and conservation (natural open space) regulation. It is not clear whether the proposed RV Park is subject to any such regulations. My natural open space requirement was 30% of my property in one large area not broken up into small areas. 30% natural open space of 76.36 acre RV Park would be roughly 22.9 acres. RV Park should have same natural open space regulations as current residents • It is very dark in our residential neighborhood, because we have no street lights and Pima County has restrictions regarding outdoor lighting in a rural setting. Frankly I enjoy seeing the stars at night. Being on the west side of the Tucson Mountains blocks the light pollution from Tucson. A RV park or other commercial business would bring security lighting and most likely outdoor lighting for each camp sight. Most RV campers bring their own outdoor lighting with their rigs. My point is this RV Park would bring light pollution to our residential community, something we will all regret. • Local water infrastructure will be affected. I use water supplied by Avra Valley Coop. Water pressure at my residence is anywhere from 20 psi to 35 psi depending on residential usage. This RV Park would reduce water pressure even more in the area depending on demand. Definitely would affect my water pressure since RV Park would tie in up stream of my

I live outside the 1000ft but I live in this community and the roads and infrastructure out here are not designed to cope with this type of development.

There is no reason to put a RV park this far out in the country side. Try Tucson Estates or Silverbell Rd by PACC.

I'm totally against this rezoning for a rv park in this area pima county should purchase this land and turn into a wildlife park b turner I'm also totally against this rezoning for the rv park because will bring more traffic to this area less ground water and damage to the wildlife this needs to be in town not out here we are also with in the 1000 ft area

I am within 1,000 feet of this property and I STRONGLY DISAGREE with rezoning! I will be writing a letter to the county and fighting this.

I am against the development of this RV park. It will increase the traffic burden on Picture Rick's, increase the water demand and certainly change the overall structure pertaining to water drainage (washes) that would definitely cause an increase in flooding of the area
