This is not the place for a trailer park! Too close to our national park...

Our roads cant handle this kind of traffic. Picture Rocks road has a weight limit and nobody wants Rv’s driving through our neighborhoods at all times.

I personally like the desert and that would look horrible and take away from picture rocks and I don't want the snow bird traffic ⛔⛔⛔

Environmentalist and activist, this only benefits wealthy people and brings nothing beneficial to the Picture Rocks Community. I despise this decision

I'm concerned about the waste disposal too... there are plenty of other places to look, please do so!

Our roads weren’t designed for high density traffic or travel. There are weight restrictions in the Monument not to mention the narrow road with turns, curves and lack of guard rails or the fact that there are no illumination of any roads in compliance with the Dark Skies legislation. The majority of Picture Rocks residents moved here for the low population density and natural desert. The additional traffic from the proposed 200 RV slips will create issues on our roads, we have no traffic lights, it will create a major draw on our already jeopardized water resources and create additional strains our fire and law enforcement. We are a small desert community and value our limited resources, natural and those that our tax dollars provide.

Please leave this area alone!

I vehemently am against such a proposal. It will add air/light and noise pollution. It will be a detriment to the wildlife corridor. Traffic is already maxed out. And RVS driving through the Monument is forbidden. Our community can not handle this rezoning. We live rural and want to stay that way. Karin Treasure 7190 N. I live outside the 1000’ area. This area is not suited for an RV park. The roads are not designed to handle that kind of traffic. I also wonder about sanitation handling waste generated by that kind of density. I can only imagine the support they will need to build, groceries, RV repair, fuel…

We do not want more traffic out here in Picture Rocks. This would ceetainly bring big rig rvs traveling on our weight restricted road through Saguaro National Park West. With the price of gas, they won't go to Twin Peaks or Ajo Hwy which are the only two legal routes to get to this proposed RV Park off Tula. The citizens of Picture Rocks do not want this zoning change to happen!

Keep the natural beauty there are plenty of campgrounds near town that nice and hardly used with such good weather. Every weekend I check them out
