I’m so sad to see the construction starting in this area recently. That land, the cacti & the views there will be greatly missed.

Hey, you're awesome and I really like your site! While I was browsing your page I noticed a few issues and I seriously feel like they are preventing you from getting a lot of online traffic. I'd like to volunteer my time and show you exactly what I mean. Give me a call or text - 718-673-4911. All the best, David

My home is not within the 1000 foot zone, I live just south of Picture Rocks, but am opposed to the rezoning. I commute on Picture Rocks road and moved to the area for its rural qualities.

Our home is within 1000 feet of this proposed RV park, and I disagree with changing the zoning for it.

We live out here because its a rural area and away from noise & traffic. We need to keep it that way. This RV park will bring in unwanted noise, pollution, trash along our roadways and traffic in & out at all hours of the day & night.

An RV park on the ONE road to and from Saguaro Park? Do you know how much traffic, pollution, noise, clutter, and road trash will be added to our quiet community with this? Absolutely absurd. There is enough garbage thrown out onto the roads as it is. Enough people speeding through our curvy roads. Enough road noise from old trucks and ATVs. Just NO.

Rezoning would be a terrible mistake It would be the beginning of the end of this beautiful place.

We love our desert. Please don't destroy it with an RV park. Too much noise. Their are enough RV parks in the area. Not enough plant and animal and habitate.

We need to protect our community and especially our local wild life. We encroach enough on the wild life on this planet, let's save a portion for the animals that can't speak. PLEASE

I use Tula lane a couple times a day. I use it to take my grandchildren to school and to transport elderly to their appointments. The thought of being behind RV's driving under the speed limit makes me worry about the safety of my clients and the thought of ambulances having to wait behind these slow moving vehicles because most areas throughout the Saguaro National Monument cannot be passed.. But what I would hate most is having to see a bunch of trailers on my way home when I bought my 10 acre property because of its location and beautiful scenery to enjoy as I unwind on my way home. I pay over $7,000. yearly in property taxes and I do not support this invasion in our desert. I'd rather deal with unpaved roads than to deal with an RV park that will ruin our beautiful desert right next to our gorgeous Saguaro National Monument!

I think this would cause a lot more traffic issues with bigger rec vehicles going slower than the speed limit through the monument. Including public services. Legally they should go through twin peaks to get to the freeway, but realistically we all know that wont happen.

I moved out in the area to get away from that type of stuff....and enjoy what little bit of sanity we have left in life. This is a hard no go...for me

Like pretty much everyone else in the Picture Rocks area, I am adamantly opposed to rezoning this land so it can be developed into a huge RV park. Although I do not live within the 1,000 foot range, I do live in the Picture Rocks community and enjoy the rural tranquility of the area. This RV park would have a massive negative impact on the area, its residents, and especially Saguaro National Park. It seems that our area is constantly fighting proposed changes such as I-11 and this RV park in order to maintain the serenity that is our home. The negative environmental impact of this RV park, such as traffic, noise, air, and light pollution would be far too heavy for the owner of this property and the county to subject this community to. Please, for the sake of community and its residents and wildlife, do not approve this rezoning!
