Our group is attempting to amend the current legislation regarding phone usage during school hours. Currently, students cannot use their phones at any time during the school day. Instead, we wish to allow students to use their phones during break times. This adjustment will acknowledge the role that technology currently plays, as it allows for communication. Students can talk to their parents and guardians and sort their bus timetables. Learning, as they can use educational apps. Relaxation during break times. Time management, balancing socialising and studying, and getting students ready for working when they leave school. Organisation, keeping track of timetables.
