We the undersigned petition the Long Beach Town Council to demand the removal of the entire illegally constructed seawall at 2060 Lakeshore Dr. Long Beach as already ordered by the BZA and Courts.
Any compromise in an attempt to reduce attorneys fee that would allow the owners to cut or remove only portions of the seawall is unacceptable. Given changing lake levels the seawall poses a safety risk for current and future generations.
