Wes has called me as well as other employees “pet names”. Names that you probably shouldn’t call your employees. He’s a previous manager at Twin Peaks and I feel like he has not realized Buffalo is an entire different environment or adjusted to it.
He has harassed me and my female friends at work called us pookie and mamas and luv made weird comments when I’m showing my friends pictures of me going out and he would he looking at my phone and say weird stuff

The constant unprofessional remarks and blatant harassment has turned the workplace unpleasant and uncomfortable to focus on our tasks. The mass majority of our staff has always felt this way since the beginning of employment at Buffalo Wild Wings.
