Petition to Victoria City Council to allow Delivery of Medical Cannabis in the Greater Victoria Area
The delivery of Medical Cannabis in the Greater Victoria Area is essential to a large number of medical cannabis users in the City. Those people who need this medicine the most are often those who are most limited in their mobility by chronic conditions such as pain, blindness or advanced disease.
The same stringent ID requirements would be required for at-home delivery as required in a cannabis storefront. As cannabis is a medicine, it makes no sense that it would be barred from deliveries as medicine is regularly delivered by pharmacies. This model already exists in Victoria today.
Make sure that medical cannabis isn't kept from those that need it most, and have the least accessibility to it.
Sign the petition to help us changed the proposed City of Victoria regulations which would bar the delivery of medical cannabis to the members of Victoria's medical cannabis dispensaries.
