My husband is currently at Lowes and we cannot call or text each other due to poor Verizon service. Unacceptable! We frequently have dropped calls!!

My calls drop, oftentimes sounds like I have a party line, sometimes I get a signal just outside my house and many times not while those with other carriers always have one out there. Please fix this ASAP

My parents live at Sliver Bell and Adams. For the last year 2020-2021 every time I go there my Verizon does not work.
So please fix this

Lived in Addison Twp for 25 yrs, Verizon signal is intermittent. Other carriers could not get a signal any better. Ray road area dead zone.

Takes minutes to send pics via text... Not acceptable.. changing to at&t if this doesn't change soon

I have been a long term customer (15+ years) and am considering switching carriers due to the awful cell reception in my neighborhood!

Over the last month or so I've seen the connectivity of my service become so poor that I can no longer use my phone in most of our house. No service at all on the lower levels. Verizon keeps advertising their service without the ability to handle new customers. Either stop taking on new customers in the area, or upgrade your equipment to handle the extra workload. It shouldn't be up to the customers to spend thousands of dollars on extenders to fix your problem, and like one customer commented that only fixes the problem inside your home.
