I live with my daughter in Chan. This really destroys the feel of Chanhassen. It is a thriving community and this development, in this location is being proposed without regard for those directly impacted. Please say no!

Slow down. You owe your community the due diligence to look further into this. This literally makes zero sense to have Byerlys, Cub, Lakewinds, Kowalskis and now this? Slow. Down.

I oppose subsidizing this project with TIF and tax dollars, and prefer not to have such a large monster of a building in downtown Chanhassen.

It would be horrible to add that monstrosity to our city, plus the last thing we need is yet another grocery store.

I live six blocks from the downtown area and do not want to see this project approved. I can't see how adding a 5th grocery store and adding 200+ residents in a confined location is in the community's best interest. Especially for a project that does not show a strong financial impact or good fundamental economics.

We moved to Chanhassen to get away from this type of structure. If the leadership of Chanhassen believes this reflects us and our city, they need to be replaced. They have clearly lost touch of the city and its inhabitants. We have Cub, Byerly's, Target, and Lakewinds. We do NOT need an Aldi. This building will not drawn shoppers into the area, in fact it will probably deter people. Especially those who want to make a quick trip and not deal with traffic/ apartment congestion. Just like we rarely go into Eden Prairie. You can't do anything quickly there these days.
