I am against this project, especially not funding the Polahds with tax dollars. We do not need another grocery store in town. The apartment is way too big. It will ruin downtown. We have lived in Chan for 37 years.

If you are going to build something- keep it in line with the style and architecture currently supported by Chanhassen. Think of Excelsior, they would NEVER allow this to happen. Why should we?

I oppose of this project due to the TIF that will be needed to move it forward. Chanhassen residents should not have to foot the bill for a project that we don't need or want.
Another grocery store is certainly not needed in Chanhassen
