This project should not be built!!! WE DO NOT NEED A 5TH GROCERY STORE IN TOWN or a huge apartment building on our main street. It would be nice to see the dinner theater updated and expanded with complementary businesses and nice sit down restaurants. No More Fast Food Places! The residents that live in Chanhassen want to keep that small town feel & look, NOT some big ugly
GROCERY STORE and Apartment building! Make Chanhassen a destination city to live, visit all we have to offer, the Dinner Theater , Paisley Park, our trails ,lakes and parks! It's a great place to live let's keep it that way! The city's elected officials need to listen to people that live here & who put them in office! NO TO THIS PROJECT!!!

NO to the Aldi project & the TIF tax money!!! We don't need another grocery store. It's about time the Mayor and the council start listening to the people of Chanhassen for whom you work! We like Chanhassen's small town feel. How about expanding the dinner theater complex for what this town is known for.

The mayor has been running this town with one foot out the entire time. Anyone who says over crowding of schools is not my problem, and treats his community like the school yard bully is not someone who will look you in the eye for long. Denny clearly has plans to be living somewhere else....soon! We will all be left with the mess he has made for many years to come.

I have lived on Chan for over 30 years. Don't destroy what is left of this historic farming town. We also don't need another grocery store. I feel like this project has been pushed through by our mayor, with little to no consideration as to how the community feels about it. I don't trust the mayor and the city council members who voted for this project.

No thanks. If a developer wants to build something, they can fund the effort without my money. And an Aldi? That doesn't even make sense with all of the grocery options in a 1 mile radius.

I am extremely against this development as I live just a few blocks away. There will be ongoing construction mess and traffic for a long time. And, we don't need another grocery store! We need office/retail spaces for small, locally owned businesses like mine! Lastly, I really believe the council should have waited until the "vision plan" was revealed before voting on this. Seems rushed for no good reason.

Please dont over build Chanhassen. Everything needed already is in the area. More traffic makes our nice town too busy!!

This development is in no way in the best interest of chanhassen residents. My family and I are strongly against it. Can't think of any reason why chanhassen would would pay for over a million dollars of this terrible project. To bring more crime into our city doesn't seem like a good reason......

I do not support an Aldi grocery store or a large apartment complex in downtown Chanhassen. Support local businesses for Downtown Chanhassen!

6 stories is too much for this landscape! How about 3? Also, let's have some mixed use on the ground level. We want Charlie's ,Seedlings, and Others, to stay! Less chain, more Local! As we grow lets make it great, Please!
