It is disgusting that Boston University would knowingly employ an outspoken racist

My upcoming college students will not even consider your school.....and that means you are missing honors students with dance, mentoring, church, and many other extra curriculars! I WILL NOT send them to a school that supports blatant racism!!

If BU continues to employ racists, then my tuition dollars will be spent elsewhere.

It's difficult to understand why the president of BU is accepting of these racism comments and would not release this assistant professor? It's obious she'd be better off spreading her hatred on Twitter than teaching at a university...

I find her comments highly offensive and extremely racist. She should not be allowed to teach at this University.

If a white professor did this - she would already have been fired! It's only because she's black that she still has a job at BU. Disgraceful. Shame on you, BU! Freedome of speech, just because it was her "private" Twitter account?! Please!! That is complete hogwash, President Brown!

this university is effectively promoting racism,,, too bad, what they are attempting to stop, their inadvertently promoting, this kind of anger is not good for the school, students, and even her, she is blinded by half truths and incorrect beliefs. not the kind of professor i would want my children learning from. my family has alum from there, i will take them off my list of schools to fund.

This women's unprofessional behavior and hatred for white males shows an unhealthy mind. Hating a person strictly on the color of their skin is ignorant and cruel on all levels. Not to mention her tweets were flat out wrong information.

As I fill out job applications for post-graduation, I feel ashamed and embarrassed to list Boston University as my alma mater. Dr. Saida Grundy is a sick and twisted individual who should be banned from appointments at any educational institution. Shame on BU, shame on President Brown, and shame on me for having chosen to attend a school that accepts racism and sexism in the 21st century.

Fire her immediately!! If they don't fire her, then it should be perfectly OK to say "black men are the problem"!

This is complete bullshit. Anyone else would be fired for making these comments. All of the Jewish people should be revolting.

No place for racist divide in America today. For BUs sake fire her before she starts a riot.

Her blatant hatred is not acceptable! If a white man were to say something about not patronizing a BLACK man's business...well, imagine that! I am withdrawing enrollment for my son if she continues on. Ask her: would these racist comments be acceptable about her race? Quit perpetuating hatred! People like you are who keep it going.

This professor shows that racism can equally come from the people who complain the most about it happening to them. Such hypocrisy, and this women should not be employed to teach any student about her ignorance!

What this woman said was disgusting and offensive. She should not be anywhere near a classroom, nor is she qualified to hold a doctorate.

She should not be allowed to teach ... hatefulness.
