Sorry but comments like these work both ways, can't support a double standard.

How can ANY white male EVER expect to receive a fair grade in her class after those comments???

Racism is racism. It doesn't matter if you are black or white.

freedom of speech disappears with the N word and reappears with bigots like this - double standard for sure

This incoming professor's racist anti white views make her unsuitable as a teacher, molder, mentor to any college student. Were this racism anti black I would make the same comment, though B U likely would have already acted. BU should take action, even defer her role while she seeks counseling. Doing nothing is wrong.

Of course when a black person says something racist, us "white" folks just need to accept it. Why dont you talk about all of these ghetto black males that are a huge problem. Maybe if their dad stuck around long enough, they would have some sort of guidance in their life.

If she can be so racist on tweeter, I can only imagine what she is teaching in her classroom. She should be fired!

If this was the other way around, all hell would break loose. Could I write what she wrote about blacks and NOT be considered racist? Hell no!

Why is it not considered racist if you are talking about white people? I agree 100% that she should be held accountable for her actions, up to and including termination

Absolutely needs to be fired! Zero tolerance on racism should apply to all.

It is sad to see that BU would consider a racist person of her ilk to be an appropriate representative of their institution. Sad to see we have sunk so low as a society.

She should be fired! Apparently if your a person of color, you can say racist comments and get away with it! This time is freedom of speech, but if your white, asian, mexican and you make the say comment, the world falls apart! How much more of this nonsense can we allow without saying or doing anything because of the fear to be called racist! Look at the things being done, and said daily! Turn on CNN, CBS and you'll learn first hand what the problem is.

Her comments are racist and of a stereotyping nature. This is unacceptable from anyone of any color. Double standards will not be tolerated.

A Racist is a Racist no matter what color you are! If a white said they would be fired, by the same token this professor should be FIRED! For true change to happen, the consequences must be the same for all Period!!

This disgusting racial hatred spewed from the mouth of a racist, self loathing black woman should not be tolerated at an American University. Boston U should terminate Saida Grundy in order to keep its integrity, if nothing else.
