Minorities that exhibit this type of racism should not be given a free pass. If a white person had expressed the same views they would be fired. Racism will only cease when all racists are treated equally.

Racism is not a family value. If you exchange the words "white" and "black" in a statement and it becomes racist, then it already was racist. How does this person get a PhD? She should be selling pencils from a cup.

College should teach skills that are used in the real world. As an owner of a small business, I do not tolerate any bullying (which is what racism is). Ms Grundy is not trying to make the situation better, she is making broad statements based upon race and gender. This is racism. If she worked for me, and she said these things, she would no longer work for me. If she tried to sue, saying it as discrimination, I would happily go to court to explain why a company cannot have such a liability. I have never met this woman, but I know that she could not treat me fairly because I am a white male. She should know that my family has never owned a slave. I am shocked you would want to add a cancer like her to your university.
