No racism is acceptable. Especially in a place of learning where we should be teaching tolerance of ALL people.

Deplorable. Disgusting. Racism is always wrong - no matter what direction it comes from...

No room for racism. Period. Neither against minorities nor majorities. If she was a white professor and her statement was against black males? This petition would have gotten 100x sign ups by now. Shameful.

Racism towards any race is wrong. Until ALL races are held to the same high standards nothing will change. Ms. Grundy is a bigot who shouldn't be allowed to teach others her hate.

Apparently, hatred of Caucasian people is now the new norm in many places. After reading her posts, and seeing the false campaign to keep her in the school, I have to say I will not send my son or daughter to a school that openly supports such foolish attitudes. By her rationale, "if you're white, you can't be right", then no matter how academically gifted a person may be, they'll be graded lower in her class due to the color of their skin. My son was to attend Boston University in the Fall, but I have had him transferred to another school. Keeping someone with such a deep prejudice as an educator is just allowing that person to pass on their stupidity, self righteousness & prejudice to others. If we wanted our kids to be stupid, we wouldn't be sending them to school. I equate this school and her attitude with Nazi prison camps. "You vill conform and renounce vhat you are as evil or you will be sent to ze stockade, ze gas chamber, or if you are really bad, Boston University"

She has no place in the education system where she will teach her racist & sexist mentality.

America does have racial issues, but issues that involve ALL races. To singularly call out one specific race and gender and solely point the finger at them is racism in itself. I've never heard that fighting racism with racism is a good idea. On top of that, she will be molding our younger generation's minds? We do not need another racist person to spread her racist views in this nation.

There should not be different standards for different races. She wants to single out whites when many other races have done horrible things, she is trying to erase our humanity! the way she talks is like somenone readying the population for genocide, time to remove that "problem" population of white males.

Typical for a University now days, hire liberal professors that teach its students it’s ok to be racist if you are a minority. She should be fired.

We demand that incoming Boston University assistant professor named Saida Grundy is terminated from her position at Boston University. ith the blunt racism and sexism that Saida Grundy has expressed as well as the lack of remorse for her radical racist and sexist position we deem it impossible for her to fairly teach all students from all creeds at Boston University.

Racism should not be promoted or tolerated, no matter what race is the target.

Racism should not be tolerated, ESPECIALLY from those educating future generations.

Remove this bigot. No student should be made to feel uncomfortable for their "race" gender or orientation.

If the situation had been reversed and a white professor said the same thing about blacks Jesse Jackson would be marching.
