I'm leading the push for the County Council to approve Bill #23-011 and stop the extensive sprawl of high-density housing into rural areas like Hickory, Forrest Hill, and Fallston.
But Councilman Aaron Penman supports sprawl and high-density housing in our rural neighborhoods. Penman’s proposed amendments to Bill #23-011 would help developers who supported his political campaign circumvent building restrictions to overdevelop Harford County’s rural areas.

Sick of these big developments ruining everything. Leave the rural land alone for once.
Enough is enough. I moved to Forrest Hill for the peace and quiet not to be stuck in a suburb parking lot.
Please dont let them ruin Hickory. My family has lived here for generations and we dont want these ugly high density apartments everywhere.
Stop the greed! Penman is only looking out for the builders and not the actual people living here.
