We the undersigned Agricultural producers request that the US Enviornmental Protection Agency roll back the emissions standards for agricultural engines to the tier 2 level. We believe these standards were put in place erroneously and have placed an undue burden on farmers as well as equipment manufacturers. It is well documented that the current engines are less fuel efficient and are prone to failure due to having to meet an unreasonable standard.
