PETITION TO RESTORE AUTHORITY FOR OVERSIGHT OF CC&R ENFORCEMENT IN STONEBRIAR AND SHADOW HILLS We, the undersigned residents of the Stonebriar and Shadow Hills developments, located within the Rolling Hills Community Services District (RHCSD), petition the El Dorado County LAFCO to restore authority to the RHCSD for oversight of CC&R enforcement for Stonebriar and Shadow Hills. The RHCSD previously had such authority; however enactment of SB 135 removed those powers from the District. As a result, RHCSD has suffered problems with the functionality of the ACC Boards for Stonebriar and Shadow Hills. One signature per household.
