I think that money should be alocated properly in the first nation comunity. .. and things should be done to change our futures for the better to make a stronger people. Not just for onreseve but off reserve. If tge money was spent properly it could be money for a lifetime not a short time.

It's time the band members stand up against the Corruption, Oppression, Nepotism and Favoritism. It's time we demand honesty, transparency, accountabilityand equality!! Why should we continue to allow these so called leaders to steal and mismanage the funding mea t for the "whole" band membership, continue to give jobs, post sec funding, help only to certain people. Continue to spend their energies on targeting and getting even with people that are courageous enough to stand up against them or who want justice. A true leader spends their energy working with the band members for the benefit of all. Enough is enough!!

There is very little amount of money allowed for travel each year on the administration. I'd say less than 50k for all 7 council members. Sometimes you have to spend more because of urgent and necessary Band business. But not $149,000 for the Chief, and over $140,000 EACH for the other council members. This is robbery and theft from the mouths of our children. THIS HAS TO STOP.
