Officer Brennan is an outstanding member of the Hopkinton community. He is being unfairly treated due to the politics of the department he served. Over the 25 years I've known him, his integrity is impeccable and his compassion for the people in the Hopkinton community is unmatched. The person to be punished is the perpetrator who indulged in the indecent acts and abused his power of authority. Not officer Brennan. The perpetrator is now using his power and authority to deflect his actions onto an innocent man, Officer Brennan. We need people like officer Brennan as part of our police force and our community. Please reinstate Officer Brennan to his full capacity immediately. Thank you.

I’ve know sgt Brennan for 13 years. He is a good man and Hopkinton PD is lucky to have someone like him serving the people of Hopkinton. He did the right thing letting the witness take her time to decide to come forward and developing the case. Without his efforts this case could be thrown out or never even heard.

Although no longer a resident of Hopkinton, I still care deeply about the town where my children were raised, and I was an active member of the community. I got to know Detective Tim Brennan on a personal and professional basis, and I found him to be a man of high character and integrity. He brought common sense solutions to problems and always had Hopkinton and its people most especially its children and teenagers. He was in a no-win situation and chose to protect an abused individual which speaks volumes to me. He should be reinstated immediately and any decision contrary to this will be a gross miscarriage of justice.

The town needs to keep Tim Brennan. I believe it is in the town. Best interest to have a senior officer like Tim Brennan on the force. I believe he cares about this town as much, if not more than any of us, and I believe that he does right by the town Please reinstate Tim Brennan for the good of the town and the people in it!
