We, the undersigned members of the Puerto Aventuras Pickleball Community (PAPC), respectfully submit this petition to request the immediate reinstatement of our previously allocated court times, which were clearly communicated and established for PAPC’s organized use.
These court times were presented to us as confirmed and reserved for PAPC play. Our members have relied on this commitment when organizing schedules, recruiting new participants, coordinating structured programming, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and welcoming recreational environment within our community.
The sudden removal of these promised court times has significantly disrupted PAPC’s operations and negatively impacted member participation, planning, and morale. As an organized group, PAPC contributes meaningfully to the vitality of Puerto Aventuras by promoting consistent court use, structured and respectful play, sportsmanship, and strong community engagement.
We respectfully request:
- The full restoration of our originally promised and established court times.
- Clear, transparent communication regarding court scheduling policies moving forward.
- Written assurance that agreed-upon reservations will be honored consistently and reliably.
We value our relationship with Colonos and sincerely wish to work collaboratively toward a fair, equitable, and sustainable solution that benefits the broader community. However, we firmly believe that commitments made to PAPC should be upheld in good faith.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a timely and constructive resolution.

The Puerto Aventuras Pickle Ball Club has made enormous improvements to pickle ball in PA. It's an organization that cares for its community and its players and should be able to comtinue in this organizational role.
I live in Puerto del mar and we have renters coming from Canada and the USA because of the free pickleball courts. They like that there are reserved times for the pickleball club. Continue to do this please!
The current groups of people are fun and inclusive resulting in a fabulous improvement in community for me (after over 20 years as an owner in Puerto Aventuras: Quinta Maya and now Ocean Homes). I love the international mix of players and skill levels. The quality of the courts is on par or better than other courts along the coast. The hard work by the group of people who have volunteered to make this happen is MUCH appreciated
The PA pickleball club is very valuable for our community, especially given we are hosting tournaments and bringing revenue inside Colonos.
Please allow courts to be reserved by PAPC. We have spent thousands on these courts, have a community dedicated to keeping the courts in good shape. We ask very very little from colonos. Please support us so we can support you.
This has been a great benefit to the community. The group is inclusive and welcoming This is I believe the best way to structure PBall in Puerto
