Petition To Protect The Madison Community From Vicious Dog That Attacks People And Pets
On September 9, 2014, at approximately 8:25A.M., one of our fellow Madison neighbors, and her small dog, were viciously attacked on Green Village Road by a large, violent and unleashed dog named Mary Jane. This dog lives on Green Village Road, and, when leashed has previously exhibited threatening behavior towards other Madison citizens. Our Children, our pets and fellow townspeople-of all ages- are at risk.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to provide community safety, for our children, adults, and pets, from this dangerously aggressive Saint Bernard(s), Mary Jane, and unknown, owned by Michael E. Clark (who resides at 19 Green Village Road, Madison, NJ. This petition does not necessarily ask that the dog be put down, because many of us are dog lovers. However, something must be done. This petition seeks immediate official attention, investigation, and appropriate action to ensure that Mary Jane attacks no one else.

The momentum behind this petition is proving that everyone in our town expects safer streets. Call the mayor today and demand an immediate investigation into the attacks on Green Village Road.

I walk my kids past that house every single day after school and I am terrified. Something needs to be done before a child gets hurt.
UNACCEPTABLE. Keep your dog contained or get rid of it. Simple.
My wife wont even walk the dog on that side of the street anymore. its ridiculous that this is allowed to keep happening in our neighborhood.
Ridiculous. No one should have to be scared to walk in their own town. Hope the town council actually does something for once.
My small terrier got lunged at by that beast last month. I had to pick him up and run into the street. Keep it on a leash!!!
