We already have a gas station down the road on Hancock, why build here where the space is limited and the roads are narrow? A better site for this gas station would be across from the McDonalds on Hancock. People who are already at the shopping center could take advantage of an easily accessible gas station. It would probably generate more income as that is a more populated area with higher vehicular traffic.

I’m a Minneola Resident and in my opinion
This plan is short sighted and not in the best interest of the newly developed community
Minneola has the potential to be a safe and serene green spot

Please do not put a convenience store/gas station near our beautiful entrance on N. Hancock leading to Del Webb Minneola, as it would be an eyesore, cause noise, and perhaps bring crime. We all moved into our 55+ community for peace and quiet, without any traffic noise.

I am concerned about public safety: preventing vehicle/pedestrian or bicyclist collisions at the exit across the multi-purpose path and loitering. The design does not blend in with the Hills of Mineola CDD architectural standards and will negatively impact the aesthetics of the surrounding communities. How will this proposed development keep trash and debris from blowing onto adjoining properties ?

No cheap 711s
If a Gas Station is needed than a high quality and clean WAWA should be put in
(even thats a stretch)

No thank you for a convenience store .... we want only residents coming up the entrance to Del Webb, not an eyesore/traffic.

To allow this type of development at the base of the entrance to Del Webb and “Millionaires Ridge” is not what you should see when coming up Hancock. Looking at the back of a 711 or similar convenience store when I leave the community is not my idea of what should be taking up residence on Sugar Loaf Mountain. I’ve seen all the YouTube videos of what is planned for this growing area and this was not on that plan. Nature/biking/walking in this area will severely be impacted by all of the concerns in this petition and make this walkable and future golf cart friendly community something not sustainable. I’m already extremely disappointed that the development by Publix has done a major 360 and now this. This is not wanted nor needed. I knew going in that I would have to travel to go to the store and get gas. I’m ok with that because the surrounding area here more than makes up for that. I love our community and want the charm to stay. No 711 or similar.

These businesses have no place in the heart of a housing development.
