Been living here 10 years and its just getting worse. Why is the college allowed to just ignore the area like this???
St Donatts Rd is a total eyesore. Its embarrassing for the neighborhood.
Fix them up or sell them. Simple.
These shops look awful and it brings the whole street down. Goldsmiths needs to do something about it instead of letting them rot.
Total waste of space. People are desperate for housing and shops in SE14 meanwhile these sit empty for years. Sort it out.

New Cross deserves better than a row of boarded up shops right on the main road. Goldsmiths is acting like they dont even live here.
