You don't get to decide what everyone thinks. "it's freaking everybody out" yeah it totally is. That's why there are more people that are supporting Jason, than you, your sister, and everyone else that doesn't care if Mr. S is fired.

Stop saying you hate to get involved because if you really hate it then you wouldn't. And at least I'm not calling people stupid and dumb for having their opinions and I have said many times that I hear what they are saying and I wish I actually got to see Mr. S how they are describing them. And a lot of them are defending them from people who don't think they have a right to their own opinion.

It's just a few words to say that Mr.S isn't as bad as you say. No harm done, and I even agreed that Mr.S would be leaving plus there is nothing I can do about it. Pretty open minded I think.

No you're not "just saying it's the wrong choice" and even if you were you are in no position to say whether or not it is. But instead you are just commenting on every single negative comment with not even a little open mindedness. You have this deluded idea that what you see of mr s is what everyone sees and even though you already made it CONPLETELY clear you still feel the need to harass every single comment that isn't obsessed with Mr. S.

Why can't you let it go instead? People who like Mr.S just have to agree with those who don't? In no way am I mixed up. Mr.S will be gone. I understand. Just saying it was the wrong choice made by whoever. I hated him during his first year. The next year he changed and became better. With one more year he probs would have been a fine teacher. Now you have to meet a new person and adjust to their style, if you even like them, for the remainder of your orch career.

If no one is to blame then there shouldn't be a reason for him to leave. There is no point in getting a new teacher when the one we have now would suffice. Now you are back to square one with a new teacher who could be worse. Maybe you should have listened to your own advice and not blamed Mr.S for your problems because it obviously got you nowhere. Lol

I think some facts need to be straightened up here.
Freshmen are not at blame nor is anyone. People from other grades complained about him. No one is "getting fired", "made him get fired", is "taking away a man's job/salary", or "made him quit". No one got "butt hurt", "went crying to the principal", and no one's opinion is superior to another's. No one said "Hey, I don't like this teacher. he is too strict. Let's get him fired!". No one here "shouldn't be in high school" because we are all high schoolers. We all obviously knew that it would be much more difficult in HS orchestra because then why would we continue on our music education, only to not improve.
This decision was made by whoever is in charge of hiring the music teachers here and probably is final. They obviously had serious problems and reasons for the decision. Trust me, if someone complained about his strictness/criticism, that would not be a good enough reason to make a decision. If everyone who says he taught them so much and gave them a passion for music, then why not have a positive outlook and use those skills and that passion with the new teacher. Blaming and accusing will get you nowhere in life so please, be respectful to everyone who wants to voice their opinion here.
