I am an 85yo widow. I have a very limited income. Although my use of gas/electric are minimal my costs are hundreds of dollars a month! The delivery fee is twice the amount of my usage. I am on a budget plan but these costs are still too much. Please help.

I have been a resident of Massachusetts since 2017 and this is, by far, the highest energy bill I have received. Thermostats set at 69 during the day and 66 at night. Gas bill for 2/23/25 for R3 Heating is $415.95 of which $285.32 is a series of delivery charges. Plus our electric bill is $156.44 of which $92.15 is the delivery charge.
