Can barely afford our outrages utility bills. Company seems to be taking full advantage of its customers.
My Bill is $1,300 a month. It's like a mortgage on a house.

These delivery fees are outrageous. When did they start a delivery charge, and why weren't we asked? There must be a better way, why do the charge me to 'deliver' my electricity and then charge my neighbor to 'deliver' the same said electricity next door? Can't they 'deliver' it together? And what if I want to pick up my own electricity, can I do that?

The outrageous rate hikes the DPU authorized are an impossible burden for most MA consumers. It's obviously a collusive effort between state government and for-profit energy companies, to the great detriment of the populace, and it would be shameful if any of the parties involved were capable of shame or even a modicum of awareness beyond their own interests.
