use 98.00 but billed 478.00 all other delivery charges etc. really

Extortion on the people who are already struggling to eat

The cost has gotten outrageous. Who is going to look out for the consumer?

How did the state of MA let these CROOKS get away with this?? You should all be ashamed!!!!!!

The CommieWealth keeps pushing to electrify our state, while this is one example of what will come. Our electricity is generated by burning Natural Gas. Period, the end. We have spent thousands to install splits, aka heat pumps which are woefully inadequate to heat in New England. Stop the madness.

My bill has more than doubled in the past year. This company is greedy and ridiculous.

Stop the 30% public fund charge!

With ceo making $19 million in profit / salary there should be no reason for this outrageous delivery fee to compensate for bad business ventures and/or to pay for other people’s incentives and energy efficiency programs that the states reps have passed on to the taxpayers and eversource customers . There is absolutely positively no way that it costs twice as much to deliver a product than the actual useage. We’ve all been to school and this math just doesn’t math!!! We are being robbed to pad everyone else’s pockets but most is going into the CEOs pockets and that is theft at its finest. This monopoly must end and the thievery must be stopped.
