Random rate hikes and exorbitant delivery charges have to stop. They have a monopoly here and it needs to come to an end .

Bills are ludicrously high

I can't afford my Eversource Electric nor my gas bill. How can we get charged almost double for DELIVERY CHARGES! This makes no sense. I can't pay it!!!

Cost went up over $300 from last bill.

It's at a point where we have to choose between heat and groceries for our families. You should be representing Massachusetts, not chasing us out.

It's beyond frustrating with these prices for gas and electric. Especially the delivery charge. I dont understand how a delivery charge can be almost triple the amount of the actual usage.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment and in nice weather with 1 AC my bill is almost 500 a month and in the winter it's over 600 and I'm on disability.

I am VERY CONCERNED about the overcharging of delivery fees. Only the elite should generate a bill in the amount of what was a typical mortgage payment before the housing market became out of reach. I am reading stories of people who are suffering because of the outrageous delivery fees.
