This price increase is absurd! It's litterally not worth it! It's now as much as my mortgage payment!

This rate hike with no increase in delivery quality or efficiency is just price gouging. With the economy failing and temperatures low Eversource is being rewarded with massive profits and the people you serve are hurting as a result. End it.

I spent the last part of my summer last year going back and forth with eversource and the public utilities commission about the drastic change in my electric bill immediately after they changes my account number. I had solar panels installed 6 years ago and in those years never had a bill in the summer months. Always worked off a credit. This past year I received my first bill in the summer to the tune of $474 and when I inquired I was told there was a heat wave. My solar company representative was very helpful in getting me to the right people higher up and still got the same story, “ everything looks right and there was a heatwave.”

delivery fee increases are out of control

There is no good or justifiable reason why the delivery charge should be 3 times the amount of the energy used
