I just got a bill for $1210 for one month - 400 square foot apartment with electric heat and we keep heat on 64 degrees! Delivery charges were $695 alone!!! My rent is $950 / month. This is something I literally cannot pay and I am working 3 jobs! B

If Eversource wants to implement a program to its customers to increase efficiency through MassSave they need to pay for it! How dare they jack up my Electric Bill for a program they say is Free!? No it’s not I am paying for it.

My gas usage for a month was $139.00
I was charged just under $300.00 I’m addition for the delivery . How can a utility company justify this? They are quick to say, “ turn the thermostat down and insulate to save on your gas consumption “ . But as you sit in your home bundles up with sweaters etc. in a month with windchill factors in the negative …
The delivery charge monthly is 3X’s the gas usage. This is Massachusetts people …

We are two disabled people--our bill last month--for one month--was $1005!!! My SS is $1100/mo
