Astronomical rates are making it very difficult to survive when on a fixed income! Outrageous is putting it mildly!

This is out of hand. People are going broke to stay warm. Utilities should not be commodities!

I live alone in a 900s.f. house. I unplug appliances when not in use and eat cold meals in the dark at night because my bill is so high! $450 for a single month when I’m in a cold dark house eating cold food. Lived here for 20 years and this bill is RIDICULOUS!!! I make a good living and I’m broke. Struggling with taxes on taxes and extortionate energy bills. If I say I’m here illegally in the USA will I get my electricity for free?

Please eliminate the delivery fee. My actual electric use was $72 but the delivery fee was $105. Total $180. I have never even been charged such a ridiculous charges such as a delivery fee. Let’s face it this is a fee for Mass Save but it puts a burden on the public who are actually trying to make ends meet snd pay their actual bill.

This tax hike for whatever green deal should have been a VOTE by the MA residents, not by a dictator. We are suffering as MA residents because the choices made by our governor despite the cost to MA residents. Enough is enough!!!! How can anyone afford these prices? Especially elderly residents on fixed incomes. This is insane. Nobody can afford to live like this, the governor is ruining this state so families have to move.

My bill came to an absurd amount, I don't use a stove to cook, I live alone, I only turn on the heating in the house at dawn when I'm sleeping, I'm out of the house all day.

Revoke the increase. All of it! Do away with Mass Save. This is financial abuse of ratepayers, and price gouging.

Pure money grab. Who would think that fuel oil was the smart choice.
