I’m horrified at the rate hikes and the lack of concern for protecting homeowners from being taken advantage of by Eversource. Stop the exorbitant high deliver charges and refund Eversource customers for overpaying for mass save and equipment charges. Eversource has to take responsibility for fleecing customers.

My cost per day rate has doubled since last year on the Eversource website. I have lived here for 4 years and seeing a $150 increase in my monthly electric bill. Never once was it over $300 even in the coldest months and now it's consistently over $300.

Someone in power please do something to stop Eversource from outrageous fees!

I have National Grid; same issue. MassSaves is the cudgel the state uses to accelerate the extermination of natural gas.

Eversource is monopolizing off of the northeast people.

We are fed up with being scammed into paying much more than is actually necessary! Lower these prices or the citizens WILL find another way whether it's switching to a different way of warming their homes or completely moving out of this expensive state!!

Two people, owned home, blocked every room off except bedroom, living room & kitchen. We are elderly, wife has hospice care, huge medical expenses. We keep heat at 64 to 67 degrees. Do we stop paying medical bills, doctors, utilities or food?? We are a few dollars over cutoff for fuel assistance or other assistance. Don't know what to do. Cant stop paying electric as I need oxygen to live. monthly budget plan over $300. On budget plan, then a " catch up" payment in August-I think Aug- not sure of month ) What to do ? Advise please

The price hike this year has been unsustainable, hardworking families are being targeted and it is not fair what has been going on over with Eversource. This has to stop one way or another.

I just retired in December. I will now have to get a part time job to make ends meet. The amount our bill increased is insane. Get rid of Mass Save and help the people who voted you in. Please!
