Everyone is struggling to survive financially and Eversource is robbing families with their delivery charges. This can not be justified and I can only imagjne how costs like this take away from those less fortune in putting food on the table or even worse keeping shelter over their heads. It’s time to give people hope and restore the faith that someone cares about all families.

Its ridiculous we pay double the price of usage to get it to the house.
Ex 49 for electric and 98 to bring it to ghe house.

2 years ago, rates 181 mos. Then a rate drop, yet it became 211 a mos for us. Then last summer another rate decrease, we ended up with 311. Last bill was 768, told it was budget end. Our usage has not gone up, at all. Not amused in the least, main heat is pellet stove, No heat in 3 rooms, keep the doors shut. Please explain this. I did call on last bill, got the party line, oh, you are not the only one calling.
