Outrageous to think the pricing is legal and a company can sleep well Knowing they’re taking advantage of people. Single mom who already struggles in life in general and is adding this?? 1000$ electric bill in December with no reasonable explanation as to why!!!!! Robbery

Recently moved back to Massachusetts and I am truly shocked at energy costs. My first gas bill of only five days in a 1350 sf home resulted in calling NG and the customer service representative made it a political blame game. I don't mind paying my share but these costs are out of control.

We are a 2 income family with minimal debt, and can barely afford our monthly energy bills! The heat is set to 65 and we turn lights off when we leave a room! Ridiculous!
