I do not agree on the parole because he raped and killed a women and only serving 20 years is not going to teach him anything. He will get out and do it again. Some people don't deserve second chances in society

I wonder who his family knows. Only thing I can think of as to why he is being paroled.
He was free 10 years after he brutally murdered and raped this young girl. He is a suspect in other cases. There is a 99.9% chance he will do it again. I wonder how the board would feel if that was their daughter. Crap like this gives Louisiana a bad name. I have heard of people serving longer sentences for a lesser crime. I say something is fishy.
