The killer of my nice in 1988, Karen Eads Hill, AGE 21 needs to stay behind bars. Justice needs to be served for the The heinous nature of the crimes perpetrated by SAMUEL GALBRAITH. The Parole Board should ensure that under no circumstances he be allowed to re-enter civil society before he completes his entire sentence.
Please review his actions, Galbraith Abducted, Raped, Tied her a Tree, and shot her. What would make a rational person think a person like this needs an early release.

This killer should stay behind bars for the rest of his life. Kidnapping, raping, and shooting in the face deserves the strictest of penalties. He is a monster and will kill again just as soon as he can. Please reverse the decision to grant him freedom, he doesn't deserve it!

As a extended family member of Jeff Eads , thru marriage with my niece Megan , would like to petition against the release of Samuel Galbrath from prison for his horrific crimes against Karen Hill , Jeff's sister. He is an suspect in other crimes , had 10years before arrested & served only 17years. As a soldier at Ft Polk , can't imagine why the military has not stepped in to either keep him there .. out of the community they represent. Against Karen Hill, kidnapping , rape & cold blooded murder , how does one justify ? Even if we all forgave him, does not give him the right until all investigations against women have been exhausted. As a resident of Austin TX , whom families vacation around Corpus Christi TX, why are you passing the trash to our state ? An example why people don't trust the justice system , this story needs to be exposed to Dateline , 20/20.. Please reconsider his release, others have done far less than this to release criminals from your over crowed prison. Thank you .

Karen was a sweet & wonderful person who's life was cut short by a monster. She would have been a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt to her family. She never got that chance because of Samuel Galbraith. He was free for 10 years after his evil act, had a life, got married - enjoyed the freedoms of living while denying that to Karen. He is a monster who should serve 100% of sentencing - 71 years. It is shamfeful that a parole board would agree to set him free when he had not even served a third of his prison term. My God, he is a suspect in similiar murders in that area! How did that parole board justify to themselves to let this evil monster out early? I beg and plead for the Governor - to not let this man get paroled.

The idea that this man may be released after only 17 years of his prison sentence is incomprehensible. He took the life of a 21 year old woman in the worst possible way. Justice requires recompense. Not freedom.
