it was fine before why did they have to mess with it
Used to use this all the time for work and now it's useless to me. SORT IT OUT
need the 28 back on the old route asap. everyone is complaining about this.
this new route is a joke honestly. took me ages to get to the pharmacy yesterday.
my nan is really struggling to get to her appointments now. bring the old way back!

So fed up with these changes. I cant get to the shops anymore without a taxi now.
