Can they move sky city to another substation or better can we have our own. During these cold days obe cannot wait for 3months just for electricity to be restored.

Can we have our own substation because we can't be sharing substation with people that are not paying water,electricity and bonds.we pay too much money for not having electricity ,cosmopolitan must do our own substation.
